  GrlllSOS came out to clean my Blaze grill. Very professional and very honest about what to expect. Took a about 2-3 hours to clean but the results were better than expected. I was also given several tips on keeping the grill in good shape that I didnt know. If you have a grill that has been neglected or just needs a good cleaning, you should give them a call.

He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and informative; Ben took the time to walk me through the detailed scope of work that was required to repair our commercial grill.   My grill hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. I was going to have all new parts put in after the base was cleaned but everything was unbelievably clean! I’m saving the parts till I really need them!

  Ben, is the technician from grill SOS that clean my grill today! He did an awesome job after seven years. It looks almost like new great guy very knowledgeable and very diligent about cleaning the grill.

  I had not used a grill cleaning service before. I found GrillSOS online. Ben was the service technician who came to our home. He did a great job of not only cleaning the grill exceptionally well, but also correctly diagnosed the cause of a problem that we were having. He had the parts ordered and came back and installed and tested them. Rachael, who is the scheduler also did a great job in taking out call and following up along the way.   Ben was absolutely great! He called ahead of time to let me know that he was running late due to getting caught in traffic (accident). Upon arriving he confirmed the work that needed to be accomplished while giving me recommendations on maintaining a clean and efficient grill.
